Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing North America team, the full-time remote Implementation Manager with Corporate Actions will manage client onboarding for a strategic SaaS application, oversee user testing, and ensure effective training and change control processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user testing strategy, planning, tracking, and reporting while ensuring data accuracy and timely issue resolution
• Plan and deliver internal and client training, including preparation of training materials and hands-on demonstrations
• Identify project risks and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies and timely escalation to ensure successful implementation

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a conversions/implementation consultant or manager in SaaS project delivery to Wealth or Capital Markets organizations
• 2 years of project management experience
• 1 year of experience in team leadership, managing teams of up to 5 resources
• Demonstrated ability to define control processes and report findings clearly to senior management and clients
• Experience working in an agile environment with JIRA
