Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of critical software for the private fund industry, the full-time Implementation Manager will design, build, and implement products while managing client relationships and analyzing private equity needs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, planning onboarding and evaluating product enhancements
• Analyze client needs to prioritize the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business requirements
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement complex fund structures and discover product enhancements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in accounting for private equity funds, with hands-on experience at a private equity firm preferred
• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance; CPA accreditation is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of fund accounting systems (e.g., Yardi, Investran)
• Experience with investment structures and financial statements
• Strong attention to detail in translating private fund structures into software solutions
