Implementation Manager
Job Summary
To support the implementation and optimization of practice management tools, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure effective utilization of the athenaOne platform while collaborating with operational teams and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support practice tool implementation and optimization projects from planning through execution
- Serve as a primary resource for athenaOne system support, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Document current-state and future-state workflows while collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting healthcare operations, technology, or practice management systems
- Experience working within athenaOne and supporting healthcare technology workflows
- Strong understanding of ambulatory practice operations and healthcare workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
