Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end implementation of technology solutions for Utilization Management, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring successful system deployments and adoption across clinical, operational, and IT teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the execution of technology implementation initiatives, ensuring projects progress from requirements through to go-live
• Establish governance structures and performance measurement criteria for controlled system rollouts and evidence-based decision-making
• Translate implementation results into executive-ready reporting that informs leadership on technology investments and organizational risk management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of experience in technology implementation, systems configuration, or solution deployment, including AI
• 3+ years of project management and cross-functional delivery experience
• Experience in the healthcare and/or managed care industries preferred
• Demonstrated ownership and initiative with a focus on driving measurable results
