Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end implementation of technology solutions for Care Management, the full-time Implementation Manager will manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring successful system deployments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the execution of technology implementation initiatives, guiding projects from requirements through configuration, testing, and go-live
• Establish governance structures and performance measurement criteria to facilitate controlled rollouts of new systems and workflows
• Translate implementation results into executive-ready reporting, synthesizing clinical outcomes and operational performance data for leadership insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of experience in technology implementation, systems configuration, or solution deployment, including AI
• 3+ years of project management and cross-functional delivery experience
• Experience in the healthcare and/or managed care industries preferred
• Demonstrated ownership and initiative with a focus on driving measurable results
