Implementation Manager
Job Summary
To support the implementation and management of practice management tools, the full-time Implementation Manager will coordinate projects, optimize workflows, and serve as a key liaison among operational teams, practice leadership, and vendors in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support practice tool implementation and optimization projects from planning through execution
- Serve as the primary resource for athenaOne system support, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Document current-state and future-state workflows while collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, technology, or practice management systems
- Experience working with athenaOne and supporting healthcare technology workflows
- Strong understanding of ambulatory practice operations and cardiology workflows
- Experience coordinating projects, implementations, or process improvement initiatives
