Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Managing multiple client implementations, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will lead projects from kickoff through configuration, testing, training, and go-live while collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client implementations by developing project plans, timelines, and maintaining communication with stakeholders
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client requirements and configure the Talent Management Solution accordingly
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, facilitating workshops and ensuring readiness for launch
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or client services
- Experience managing client-facing software implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Familiarity with HR technology or related SaaS solutions preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management tools such as HubSpot or Jira
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
