Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the technical onboarding and deployment for new customers, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction while coordinating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage six to ten concurrent customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
• Oversee the technical integration of Balto with customer environments, including various communication platforms
• Serve as the technical expert during implementations, providing troubleshooting and leading customer-facing meetings

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years in implementation, technical onboarding, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a basic understanding of APIs and data formats
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Experience with CCaaS or VoIP softphone platforms is preferred but not required
