Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Owning the hands-on technical implementation of client solutions, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will translate approved requirements into validated, production-ready setups, managing configurations, integrations, and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate client solutions into technical work breakdowns covering configuration, integrations, and testing
- Implement and validate integrations using APIs and other connectivity methods while executing data migrations and transformations
- Prepare technical environments for UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet technical readiness standards
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in implementation engineering or related fields with a focus on technical solutions for external customers
- Hands-on experience with APIs, data mapping, and third-party integrations
- Experience configuring complex SaaS platforms and performing data migrations
- Strong troubleshooting skills using logs and technical debugging tools
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation for implementation support
