Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of strategic technology solutions and vendor integrations, the full-time Implementation Manager will oversee implementation activities across the Medicare Advantage health plan while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of technology solutions and vendor services, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate governance meetings to provide project status updates to executive leadership
• Develop operational readiness plans and conduct assessments to support successful implementation and adoption of new capabilities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong project and program management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
