Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Implementation team, the full-time remote Manager of Implementations will manage and mentor a group of Implementation Specialists, drive overall implementation strategy, optimize deployment processes, and ensure successful client rollouts.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, mentor, and coach Implementation Specialists while fostering a high-performance culture
- Own and refine scalable deployment playbooks and workflows to enhance team efficiency and reduce customer Time-to-Value (TTV)
- Monitor the implementation lifecycle, identify risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables across all client deployments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in client-facing SaaS implementation, consulting, or account management, with 2+ years of direct people management experience
- BA/BS degree required; PMP or Agile/Scrum certification highly preferred
- High proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite
- Experience managing complex implementations for public sector, state agencies, or educational institutions (K-12) is strongly preferred
