Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for a suite of products, the full-time remote Implementation Manager I will gather requirements, configure platforms, conduct training sessions, and ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to gather requirements and create tailored implementation plans
• Lead product setup, configuration, and conduct onboarding and training sessions
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines while monitoring progress and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or client onboarding
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Proficiency with CRM and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana)
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
