Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Driving successful client implementations remotely, the full-time Implementation Manager will lead high-impact projects for key accounts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as a central contact for clients and vendors during all phases of implementation projects
• Coordinates project teams to deliver results on time while fostering teamwork and addressing challenges
• Develops and monitors project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and reporting progress to senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of experience in worker's compensation claims administration or managed care, with project management experience
• Strong understanding of worker's compensation claim management and disability management programs
• Large scale project management experience is required
• Proficiency in software productivity tools, including Microsoft Project
