Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Implementation Managers and Enablement Consultants, the full-time remote Manager, Implementation & Enablement will focus on driving customer success from contract signing to value realization, evolving implementation methodologies, and ensuring high-quality delivery through effective coaching and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction
• Own and evolve the implementation methodology to create a customer-centric, outcome-driven delivery model
• Engage with customers at leadership levels to facilitate organizational change and ensure alignment throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in SaaS implementation or customer onboarding, with at least 3-4 years in a management role
• Proven experience in building or improving an implementation practice
• Strong background in AP, procurement, or financial operations workflows; ERP or accounting system implementation experience preferred
• Experience in change management for both customers and internal teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through organizational transformation
