Implementation Manager, Enterprise
Job Summary
Leading the onboarding journey for complex Enterprise customers, the full-time remote Implementation Manager, Enterprise will manage consultative discovery, oversee end-to-end delivery of implementations, and validate technical foundations while based in the Pacific Time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Lead consultative discovery with new Enterprise customers to clarify business objectives and translate desired outcomes into success criteria
- Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of Enterprise implementations, adapting onboarding processes to meet customer goals and timelines
- Configure and validate technical foundations, including tracking and pixel implementation, platform integrations, and data source connections
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years in implementation, onboarding, solutions consulting, or technical account management at a SaaS company with complex customers
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver large multi-stakeholder projects on time
- Technical fluency in tracking, pixel implementation, integrations, APIs, and webhooks
- Working knowledge of martech and eCommerce stacks, including Shopify, Meta, and Google Ads
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and manage risk effectively
