Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager I - Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and provide technical consultation for seamless implementation of SaaS solutions
• Design and configure solutions to optimize system integration with existing business processes
• Plan and execute implementation strategies, including testing and troubleshooting for reliable system setups

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a post-sales implementation role within a SaaS environment, preferably with public sector clients
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in technologies such as GraphQL, Node-RED, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure
• Proficient in enterprise server technology and ticketing systems
• Strong analytical skills to communicate complex technical information effectively
• Excellent documentation skills with a meticulous approach to solution design
