Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized implementation plans for new accounts, ensuring efficiency and consistency
  • Gain insights into clients' culture and goals to design dynamic solutions and communicate client needs internally
  • Coordinate multiple projects under time constraints while responding to client and broker requests
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of five years of group insurance experience with a focus on project management and benefits administration
  • Experience with direct customer interaction; familiarity with HR Departments and brokers preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee benefits products and the ability to learn new products
  • Strong project management skills and ability to effectively multi-task
