Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration, new case management, or client-facing roles
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Voluntary benefits or employee benefits experience
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
