Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration, new case management, or client-facing roles
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Voluntary benefits or employee benefits experience
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
