Job Summary
Managing client-specific implementation strategy projects, the full-time remote Implementation Manager I will develop customized plans for large employee benefits group customers and oversee post-sale activities to ensure successful implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and develop customized implementation plans for new accounts, ensuring efficiency and consistency throughout the process
- Gain insights into clients' cultures and goals to design and implement tailored solutions while coordinating internal resources
- Respond to client inquiries, provide documentation, and manage multiple projects under demanding time constraints
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of five years of group insurance experience with a focus on project management and benefits administration
- Experience with direct customer interaction, preferably with HR Departments and brokers
- Demonstrated expertise in employee benefits products and strong project management skills
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively while managing competing demands and shifting priorities
