Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager II with a focus on Statutory/PFML.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client-specific implementation strategies for large employee benefits group customers, focusing on statutory and PFML onboarding
  • Initiate and lead projects to resolve implementation transition issues and recommend new processes
  • Gain insights into clients' needs to design and implement solutions while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of seven years of group insurance experience with an emphasis on project management and benefits administration
  • Experience in statutory and PFML products preferred
  • Direct customer interaction experience with HR Departments and brokers
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
