Implementation Manager II

Job Summary

Leading the successful onboarding of new clients, the full-time Implementation Manager II will manage implementation activities, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring a seamless transition from sale to go-live in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead end-to-end client implementations for complex accounts while managing timelines and deliverables
• Facilitate discussions with clients and brokers regarding benefit design and implementation approaches, proactively managing risks and expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain documentation to ensure a high-quality implementation experience

Required qualifications

• AA/BA in Business Administration, Healthcare Informatics, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in implementations, project management, or client onboarding roles
• 3 years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading successful projects
• Experience using workplace tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
