Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager II, Aftermarket.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct kickoff calls with new clients to outline onboarding process, expectations, and timelines
  • Configure and customize client's eCommerce sites and integrate aftermarket parts catalogs into online marketplaces
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize client's online presence and sales potential

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce implementation, with a focus on the aftermarket sector
  • Deep understanding of aftermarket parts and e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with technology tools relevant to eCommerce and marketplace integration
  • Experience with automotive aftermarket eCommerce platforms is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technical sciences, or related field is a plus
