Implementation Manager - Legal

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager - Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to define business requirements and align them with product solutions
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client objectives and facilitate project execution through documentation
• Support clients during the go-live process and promote solution adoption

Required Qualifications

• Technical degree (Engineering) or business degree (MBA, BBA) with 3-8 years of experience in SaaS or product consulting
• Experience in managing multiple projects with strong planning and organizational skills
• Experience with LegalTech and systems implementation skills
• Ability to set and manage customer expectations independently
• Experience with general consulting skills including business analysis and process mapping
