Job Summary

Implementation Manager, Medical Stop Loss is a full-time position responsible for leading the client onboarding process, ensuring accurate execution of implementations, and providing day-to-day leadership to the implementation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding, including intake, treaty validation, and system configuration
  • Oversee the implementation team, providing guidance and support for performance and workload management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company guidelines throughout the implementation process
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in stop-loss implementation, reinsurance operations, or TPA onboarding
  • Strong understanding of treaties, stop-loss contracts, and employee benefit plan structures
  • Prior supervisory or lead role experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated project management capability with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Experience in training and developing staff to enhance departmental capabilities
