Job Summary

A company is looking for a PINACLE Implementation Manager in Treasury Management Service & Implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales, service, and execution support for complex client relationships while leading staff to achieve KPIs
  • Monitor activities related to sales and service support, recommend improvements, and report performance to leadership
  • Establish compliance with internal policies, manage client exceptions, and maintain relationships with service partners
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience is necessary
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience is preferred
  • In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered
  • No specific certifications or licenses are required
