Job Summary
A company is looking for a PINACLE Implementation Manager in Treasury Management Service & Implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales, service, and execution support for complex client relationships while leading staff to achieve KPIs
- Monitor activities related to sales and service support, recommend improvements, and report performance to leadership
- Establish compliance with internal policies, manage client exceptions, and maintain relationships with service partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience is necessary
- At least 3 years of prior management experience is preferred
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered
- No specific certifications or licenses are required
