Job Summary

Driving customer success remotely, the full-time Implementation Manager - US Payroll will manage the configuration and launch of payroll and benefits administration systems for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and providing expert guidance throughout the implementation process.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and implement US Payroll and benefits administration systems for clients
• Guide customers through system integrations and provide in-depth training sessions
• Identify and resolve issues related to payroll processes while ensuring timely go-live deadlines

Required qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of benefits administration solutions and US Payroll systems
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously
• Strong understanding of the implementation lifecycle and SaaS technology
• Ability to analyze payroll processes and conduct complex reconciliations
• Excellent project management and client-facing communication skills
