Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Implementation, Voluntary Group Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the implementation team to ensure successful onboarding of new customers while meeting performance goals
- Manage workflow, track activities, and identify risks or potential delays in the implementation process
- Assess staff skill levels and provide developmental guidance to meet evolving customer requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in a leadership position
- 5 years of experience in employee benefits, preferably in voluntary benefits
- Proven success in project management with knowledge of LEAN methodology
- Experience working with sales and brokers is preferred
