Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Implementation, Voluntary Group Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the implementation team to ensure successful onboarding of new customers while meeting performance goals
  • Manage workflow, track activities, and identify risks or potential delays in the implementation process
  • Assess staff skill levels and provide developmental guidance to meet evolving customer requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in a leadership position
  • 5 years of experience in employee benefits, preferably in voluntary benefits
  • Proven success in project management with knowledge of LEAN methodology
  • Experience working with sales and brokers is preferred
