Implementation Onboarding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Onboarding Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers from contract signing to implementation kickoff
• Work with customers to establish connectivity, confirm implementation scope, and gather necessary data
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the customer onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a client-facing role
• Experience interfacing with customer-facing teams
• Technical aptitude to quickly learn product knowledge and understand web applications and APIs
• Prior experience as an implementation project manager or similar role is preferred
• Enterprise SaaS experience is a plus
