Job Summary

A company is looking for a YC Implementation/Onboarding Specialist (Ex-founder in SF).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the onboarding process to ensure successful implementation of the product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding experience and identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they understand how to utilize the product effectively

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in onboarding or implementation
• Background in technology or software development
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with analytics tools and methodologies
• Experience in a startup environment or as a founder is preferred
