Implementation Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Operations Analyst to support the development and maintenance of implementation processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and delivery of the department roadmap by contributing data and coordinating with stakeholders
• Maintain and update implementation processes for assigned lines of business
• Generate and maintain reports for leadership review and deliver training sessions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years of experience with continuous improvement, data analytics, documentation/training, implementation, or account management required
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry required
• Participation in and support of compliance program objectives
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
