Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly implementation portfolio reporting, ensuring data accuracy and visibility
• Synthesize data into actionable insights and identify themes for the VP of Implementation
• Prepare data for leadership presentations and maintain a single source of truth for implementation KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years in operations, implementation, or a similar analytical role at a SaaS company
• Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp or a comparable project management platform
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM
• Exceptional written communication skills to translate data into clear narratives
• Prior experience in accounting technology, fintech, or professional services is a plus
