Job Summary
Supporting Marmot implementations and AI-enabled delivery workflows, the full-time remote Implementation Operations Engineer will manage end-to-end implementation operations, including customer onboarding, data deliveries, and operational support while driving automation and process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation operations, ensuring high-quality customer onboarding and recurring data deliveries
- Support AI-enabled implementations by collaborating with technical and cross-functional teams
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance scalability and reliability in implementation operations
Required qualifications
- Strong SQL and data fundamentals for validating outputs and troubleshooting workflows
- Curiosity and aptitude to learn AI technologies and implementation workflows
- Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, or modern data ecosystems
- Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical partners
- Ability to work through ambiguity and take initiative to solve problems
