Key Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding activities, including project kick-off, training, configuration, data migration, and launch

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or hospitality technology
• Experience in managing projects effectively
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup environments
• Strong background in guiding clients through product adoption
• Experience in tailoring solutions based on client objectives
