Implementation Product Manager

Job Summary

To lead customer implementations and third-party integrations in the mortgage technology ecosystem, the remote Implementation Product Manager, Home Lending will manage the end-to-end onboarding experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and scalable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize the customer implementation and onboarding experience for home lending clients
• Manage integrations and relationships with third-party mortgage technology platforms
• Drive scalable implementation processes and translate customer needs into product enhancements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management or implementation management within fintech or mortgage technology
• Strong knowledge of mortgage origination workflows and lender operations
• Hands-on experience with LOS/POS platforms such as Encompass or nCino
• Experience managing API-based integrations and technical implementation projects
• Ability to manage multiple customer implementations in a fast-paced environment
