Implementation Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and optimization of practice management tools, the full-time remote Implementation Product Manager will coordinate projects, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure effective utilization of the athenaOne platform across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support practice tool implementation and optimization projects from planning through execution
• Serve as a primary resource for athenaOne system support, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Document current-state and future-state workflows while collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting healthcare operations or technology, specifically with practice management systems
• Experience working within athenaOne and supporting healthcare technology workflows
• Strong understanding of ambulatory practice operations and healthcare workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
