Implementation Product Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Implementation Product Specialist, this role will lead product training and support go-live stabilization while developing deep product expertise and understanding core workflows in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead product training and support go-live stabilization through engagement with customer admins and radiologists
• Develop deep functional knowledge of one Rad AI product, articulating key features, workflows, and integrations
• Conduct workflow discovery and gap analysis with stakeholders to identify friction points and optimize product configurations

Required qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of relevant customer-facing experience with an emphasis on product expertise and/or industry knowledge
• Practical working knowledge of SaaS solutions, implementations, and technical concepts
• Prior hands-on experience in a radiology or imaging environment, including familiarity with radiologist reporting workflows
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize competing priorities and deliver outcomes on a timeline
• Ability to engage clinical stakeholders with credibility, adapting communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences
