Implementation Professional

Job Summary

Supporting ATM implementation projects remotely, the full-time Implementations Professional II will coordinate activities from planning through activation, serve as a primary client contact, and manage project plans to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ATM implementation activities from project initiation through completion for client installations
• Serve as a primary client-facing contact, providing updates and aligning activities across teams and vendors
• Manage project plans and track deliverables based on client onboarding and implementation requirements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, project coordination, or operations support in a client-facing environment
• Experience working with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables and resolve issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a business context
• Experience entering and maintaining data in online tools or workflow platforms
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
