Job Summary

Leading implementation projects for Deposit Solutions clients, the full-time remote Implementation Professional II will manage activities from project kickoff through go-live, ensuring client needs are met and outcomes are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects, defining and managing milestones, deliverables, and client expectations
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and align implementation plans with operational objectives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project schedules

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles focused on implementation, project coordination, or support
• 3+ years of experience in gathering business requirements and supporting solution implementation
• Experience with financial institution branch functions and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for project documentation and status tracking
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
