Implementation Program Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding projects for Veterinary Management Group (VMG) accounts, ensuring timely execution
• Coordinate with implementation teams to follow standardized workflows and resolve blockers
• Gather feedback to identify process gaps and facilitate improvements in onboarding workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, program management, project management, or customer success
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Totango, or similar systems
• Background in veterinary technology, software implementation, or project management preferred
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
