Implementation Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end success of complex, multi-product customer implementations, the full-time salaried Implementation Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage program timelines, and engage with enterprise customers remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of complex customer implementations, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, driving accountability and communication among stakeholders without direct authority
• Serve as the primary contact for enterprise customers, managing escalations and maintaining customer confidence throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in implementation, program management, or professional services delivery at a SaaS or enterprise software company
• Proven experience managing multi-phase, multi-stakeholder implementation programs
• Strong track record of executive-level customer communication and relationship management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams without direct management authority
• Familiarity with technical implementation concepts such as data migration and system configuration
