Implementation Program Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of new electronic medical record (EMR) integrations, the full-time Implementation Program Specialist will manage project planning, execution, and go-live readiness while collaborating with customers and internal teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project management for new EMR integrations from kickoff through go live
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for assigned implementations
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in project management or implementation roles
• Familiarity with major healthcare EMRs (e.g., Epic, Cerner, OncoEMR)
• Understanding of HIPAA and the importance of privacy of patient data
