Job Summary
Implementation Project Consultant, a full-time position, is responsible for gathering information from clients and vendors, serving as a liaison for implementation details, and facilitating client transitions to new providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather information from clients and vendors for user setup and relay it to internal stakeholders
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to communicate implementation details and prepare progress reports
- Facilitate the implementation of current clients to new providers as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in project management or coordination
- Customer service and/or account management experience
- Operational experience in the medical industry or hospice environment preferred
- Experience with durable medical equipment in healthcare or medical fields preferred
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
