Job Summary

Implementation Project Consultant, a full-time position, is responsible for gathering information from clients and vendors, serving as a liaison for implementation details, and facilitating client transitions to new providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather information from clients and vendors for user setup and relay it to internal stakeholders
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to communicate implementation details and prepare progress reports
  • Facilitate the implementation of current clients to new providers as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in project management or coordination
  • Customer service and/or account management experience
  • Operational experience in the medical industry or hospice environment preferred
  • Experience with durable medical equipment in healthcare or medical fields preferred
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
