Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support operational tasks during client implementation and lifecycle
  • Manage and route administrative requests related to client accounts and configurations
  • Train and mentor team members on new processes and functionalities


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or technology, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in implementations, client service, or operational roles
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Knowledge of relevant systems and financial industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team
