Job Summary
Supporting customer technical implementation projects, the full-time remote Implementation Project Coordinator will manage project proposals, perform technical support tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Review project proposals and track project amendment documentation to ensure adherence to contract language
- Perform project scheduling, budget review, and change impact analysis while monitoring project timelines and reporting progress
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success and Sales, to deliver projects according to established timelines and governance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of project coordinator experience within a SaaS organization
- Knowledge of project management best practices and proficiency in project management tools
- Understanding of SaaS implementation and data preparation techniques
- Preference for candidates with hospitality experience and knowledge of hotel systems
