Job Summary
Supporting the implementation process in a full-time remote capacity, the Implementation Project Coordinator will assist with project administration, communication, and coordination to ensure timely task completion and a smooth implementation experience.
Key responsibilities
- Generate project plans with timelines and task owners while managing project tasks and documentation
- Act as a point of contact for clients, facilitating meetings and documenting outcomes
- Maintain tracking systems and ensure adherence to implementation processes
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Familiarity with APIs, data integration, or technical implementations (preferred)
- PMP or similar certification (preferred)
