Job Summary

Supporting the implementation process in a full-time remote capacity, the Implementation Project Coordinator will assist with project administration, communication, and coordination to ensure timely task completion and a smooth implementation experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate project plans with timelines and task owners while managing project tasks and documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, facilitating meetings and documenting outcomes
  • Maintain tracking systems and ensure adherence to implementation processes
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integration, or technical implementations (preferred)
  • PMP or similar certification (preferred)
