Implementation Project Director

Job Summary

Managing the entire implementation lifecycle, the remote Implementation Project Director will lead large-scale client projects, create project plans, and proactively address risks while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of strategic client projects
• Create and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Analyze integration and workflow needs, providing training and resources to clients

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise, client-facing implementation projects
• Experience with complex SaaS or health-tech solutions
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Salesforce and Asana
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
