Implementation Project Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Lead to manage software implementations from sales handoff to system go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge and assist customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Gather and interpret customer requirements, configuring the solution to meet their needs
• Serve as a project manager for various implementation projects and manage project status and resources

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing software implementations in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Experience in internal/external audit, IT audit, IT compliance, or risk management with direct involvement in relevant systems
• Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Intermediate to expert Excel skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
