Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Lead to oversee the onboarding and data migration experience for travel agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation lifecycle, including account setup, onboarding, and data migration
• Serve as the primary contact for agencies, leading calls and ensuring accountability to timelines
• Coordinate data migration efforts and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementations, onboarding, or professional services engagements, including data migrations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proven track record of building strong customer relationships during implementation
• Technical proficiency in data migration, including familiarity with CSV/Excel templates and common data issues
• Startup mentality with a resourceful approach to problem-solving and process improvement
