Implementation Project Lead

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of implementations from sales handoff to system go-live, the full-time remote Implementation Project Lead will guide customers through the implementation lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet compliance and cybersecurity requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge and assist customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Gather and interpret customer requirements, configuring solutions to meet their needs
• Serve as project manager for various implementation projects, advising on best practices and maintaining project status

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT compliance, cybersecurity, IT audit, or GRC software implementation
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks or security standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to guide customers through complex requirements
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field is a plus
