Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Guiding clients through complex technical implementations, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will manage end-to-end projects, ensuring alignment between technical requirements and business goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead multiple implementation projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timely and budget-compliant milestones
• Demonstrate strong platform knowledge to guide clients on technical decisions and project execution
• Own project-related communication, building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years in SaaS implementation at the enterprise level
• Experience managing client relationships and high-stakes projects
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Salesforce
• Strong understanding of platform architecture and integration best practices
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead without authority
